We love to visit Incredible Pets to see all the exotic animals. The facilities are always clean, they genuinely care for their animals, and they have great customer service. We are looking forward to acquiring more pets in the future from Incredible Pets! 12/30/2023 - Thank you to the team at Incredible Pets for our new addition- Sparkles, our Fancy Hamster. They have an exotic selection of animals so much to offer than basic cats and dogs. Kids would enjoy this store as you can pet some animals and can hold birds. We found a pet for us! Noah was so helpful we were able to set up a salt water tank in a week and were able to keep everything alive. Would highly recommend this store!

We love it! My son is insect lover and we come here so often for horn worms, krickets etc 😁 great staff, great service and so many different animals, birds! Just like a small zoo just to come here and pet all these cute animals its amazing experience!! …

i just got my first hamster from there, and we had such a blast finding her! she’s the sweetest thing and she’s really gentle. the staff were super kind and SOOOOO helpful. they were super in depth with what to get and how to take care of her 🥹 I’m gonna try to put some pics below (she’s really tiny bc she’s just a baby) but here’s roxie! 💗💗

Incredible Pets is a really great place for people who need supplies for exotic pets (birds, reptiles, rodents, fish, etc.). Not too much for cats and dogs unfortunately, but they do have some toys and treats. You're able to handle some of the parrots they have for sale, which is a good way to get them used to people I think! It looks like they take good care of them. There's a parrot nursery that sometimes has babies through the glass, which is actually where we pre-ordered our parrotlet in my profile! Reptile selection is very large, lots of bearded dragons, lizards, snakes. They also have baby tortoises which I think is neat <3 There's also a lot of awesome looking ExoTerra-brand terrariums, which I plan to buy soon for a vivarium I'm making

I stopped by Incredible Pets today, planning just to grab some crickets—but wow, this place is packed with cool animals! The variety is seriously impressive, way more than I expected. From reptiles to fish and everything in between, it was hard not to get distracted. Definitely a fun place to visit, even if you're just browsing.

I've been going to this pet store for years, and they've always accommodated and made it easy to buy necessities for my animals. They have a wide selection of animals from birds, to rabbits, to snakes, to lizards, to fish, and even axolotls. Even if you're not looking to purchase any animals, it's still fun to just go in and look at them. This is definitely my favorite local pet store, and I highly recommend it to anyone who's looking into choosing a pet, or anyone who needs a place to source their pet supplies.

My desire was to have precious little bunny to love and enjoy I called one pet store and they were rude just not friendly and were telling more about the price of the bunny than the breed of bunny they had available. So I decided to continue to search for my bunny and I am forever thankful to have found Incredible Pets. Abby answered the phone pleasantly happy and ready to help she answered every question I asked and that lead me to the store in less than an hour. Once I arrived Abby greeted me at the door just as nice she remembered my call and we went straight to the bunny. She proceeded to call Olivia over you is an expert with a precious bunny of her own. I tell you she helped me decide on my bunny get everything to ensure his happiness she was truly the most helpful and kind most knowledgeable pet lover I could have met. The manager is pleasant also and the facility is clean. Thank you to all the staff Abby and Olivia my bunny and I are so happy

They have awesome pets love going in there. Sad to see no camans or sloths or spider monkeys. Nice clean store..
